Returns

We’re fair. But we’re also realistic.

If we messed up

If we sent the wrong part, that’s on us:

• Return shipping covered
• Correct part sent out

No drama.

If you messed up

If you ordered the wrong part, you can return it at your own cost.

Change-of-mind returns must be made within 7 days and will incur a 20% restocking fee (20% of the product price).

Parts must be unused, unfitted and in resaleable condition. Once it’s been fitted, it’s yours.

⚠️ Electrical components — read this

Electrical components are strictly non-returnable.

We know what we sell.
We don’t know who installs it — and we’ve seen enough ECUs and modules cooked by “experts” to be very firm on this one.

Once electrical parts leave us, they’re yours.
