All rebuilt gearboxes are supplied with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
A refundable core charge applies to all gearboxes unless otherwise stated. The customer's old gearbox must be returned for assessment. We have 45 days from the date we receive the returned gearbox to determine whether it is suitable for rebuilding. If the gearbox is assessed as rebuildable, the full core charge will be refunded. Gearboxes that are incomplete, damaged beyond rebuild, modified or otherwise unsuitable for rebuilding may receive a reduced or no core refund.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. We have 45 days from the date the gearbox is received to complete the warranty assessment and determine the outcome. The gearbox must not be dismantled, repaired or modified prior to our assessment, otherwise the warranty will be void.

Small items
Most small items ship Australia-wide for a flat $30, usually via Australia Post or other couriers.
Easy. Predictable. No surprises.
Bigger, heavier or awkward stuff
For larger orders, we need to:
- pack it properly (so it arrives alive)
- weigh and measure it
- then quote shipping accurately
Australia Post tries its best but Australia is a big country.

Returns
We’re fair. But we’re also realistic.
If we messed up
If we sent the wrong part, that’s on us:
- Return shipping covered
- Correct part sent out
No drama.
If you messed up
If you ordered the wrong part, you can return it at your own cost.
Change-of-mind returns must be made within 7 days and will incur a 20% restocking fee (20% of the product price).
Parts must be unused, unfitted and in resaleable condition. Once it’s been fitted, it’s yours.

We don’t know who installs it — and we’ve seen enough ECUs and modules cooked by “experts” to be very firm on this one.
