Bigger, heavier or awkward stuff
For larger orders, we need to:
- pack it properly (so it arrives alive)
- weigh and measure it
- then quote shipping accurately
Australia Post tries its best but Australia is a big country.
What we do guarantee:

Parts Returns
We’re fair. But we’re also realistic.
If we messed up
If we sent the wrong part, that’s on us:
- return shipping covered
- correct part sent out

If you messed up
If you ordered the wrong part, you can return it at your own cost — assuming it’s unused and still saleable.

- Parts must be unused, undamaged, and resale-ready
